All of our detailed policy of terms and conditions are outlined in following page, so we highly suggest you all to read carefully so as to have understood about what we serve and about what we don’t. Not only booking conditions do you recommend to scan for but also type of trips and itinerary.
1. Cancellation
In terms of any changes to your booking, FMT will forfeit some of your deposit, as mention in a list below, in relation to the time you confirm.
- 30 days or more, full refund will be made
- 29 – 20, 50% is charged (of total price)
- 19 – 10, 70% is charged
- 9 – 0, no refund
2. Payment
A minimum deposit of 25% is required upon your booking confirmation. And balance payment for your tour must be made 35 days by due date.
If 75% of the remaining balance is not paid within a certain time limit, the system will automatically cancel your reservation or booking and it forfeits your deposit payment. All payment would be done via our bank account as below:

3. Responsibility
Our company strictly has a limit for any responsibilities with referential to your trip due to transportation, accommodation, restaurant and other services coming from independent service providers are not being controlled by our company. Those serve as third parties, so we shall not be liable for any problems such as: injuries, damages, losses, accidents and other expenses.
Our company would not be liable / responsible in the case of any changes whilst flight schedules are occasionally exposed to cancel or to delay in accordance with weather, daily operation of flights, official demand/unrest. As a result, FMT reserves the right to justify an itinerary so as that it goes properly with a real status.
In addition to the fact, we will try all our best to assist all travelers whatever and whenever we could do.
If unforeseen circumstance happens to a trip, an itinerary will be kept likely to an original schedule.
4. Extension of stay
In the event of extension of stay is required during the process or 15 days before departure date, any extra costs will need to be paid by you because there are validity and restriction on air ticket, accommodation, transportation and others. Be informed that any unused services provided by our T are not refundable.
You will follow the original schedule if extended stay is not available.
5. Travel Document
All passengers or travelers must have a valid passport at least 6 months, and please ensure that your visa is correct and obtained by the law of transit country.
If passengers or travelers require T to arrange valid visa, we are please greatly to help all.
6. Insurance
In order to make you feel comfortable with your traveling, T favorably recommends that all travelers should take out personal travel insurance as booking or on taking a tour.
7. Accommodation
Our company qualitatively arranges accommodations consisting of 3 up to 5 star hotels. You could take a look for some information with some specific hotels in this website. In case of accommodations that have already booked are not available, T reserves the right to replace with a new accommodation that is similar in quality to a previous one or has the same quality.
8. Amendment
If one intentionally wants to change amendment of booking, one needs to do before 15 days of the date of departure. T will charge 30$ per one’s booking.
In special case, travelers offer to transfer from T to others tour operators or tour agencies, 10$ per person will be levied as an administration fee and transfer must be made 20 days before due date. Added up, any changes of prices after transfer to others are a responsibility of new reservation of new tour operators/agencies.
9. Validity
Our company reserves the right to edit tour price at anytime due to the prices listed in our website today base on the cost of current exchange rate; however, any bookings will be guaranteed if balance payment has already paid.
10. Child on tour/ Infant fare
Eligibility: Child must be under 12 years old prior to departure.
- Under 2 years old, sharing room with parents, is free
- Under 6 years old, sharing room with parents, is charged 50% of an adult fare
- Under 6 years old, extra bed in parents’ room, is charged 70%
- Under 12 years old, sharing room with parents, is charged 75%
- Under 12 years old, extra bed in parents’ room, is charged 90%
11. Complaints
Complaints/Claims are accepted if writing files date to two weeks after trip. T opens to receive constructive complaints/feedbacks though those are not such serious problems.
12. Included Services
- Accommodation with daily breakfast only
- Tour & transfers in private air-con vehicle
- Local English speaking guide (Other languages are also available )
- All entrance fees
- Cool water and towel during the trip to see temple or other places
13. Excluded Services
- Domestic/international airfare
- Airport tax, visa
- Other personal expenses including beverage, laundry, room services, meals
(not included in itinerary) - Excess baggage fee
- Transports surcharge (not included in itinerary) and gratuities to tour guides,
tour leaders or drivers.
