LONG TRIP IN CAMBODIA
SIEM REAP – BATTAMBANG – PHNOM PENH
16 days/15 nights

Day 1: Battambang Arrival
Check in
Phnom Sam Pov, Wat Ek, Bamboo train, paper rice production, rice fields
Overnight in Battambang

Day 2: Battambang/Siem Reap (B)
After breakfast, travel by private vihecle to Siem Reap. It takes around a half day; then check in.
In the afternoon go to visit Chong Kneas floating village located on Tonle Sap Lake. All in this village is very interesting and everything seems to be new for international tourists.

Day 3: Siem Reap (B/D)
After breakfast, go to visit the last capital city of Angkor Thom. Before going down street to see the Bayon and other temples, we stop to see the South Gate of Angkor Thom which was flanked by 54 demons and 54 gods on both sides of the bridge. These gods and demons are carrying Naga (big serpent) that symbolize the churning of the ocean of milk in order to extract the elixir of life. After south gate, continue to see and enjoy taking picture with other temples around this big city including Bayon, Baphoun, Pimean Akas, the Terrace of Elephant and the Terrace of Leper King and Sour Prat.
In the afternoon we go to see Banteay Kdei, Srash Srang, the jungle temple of Ta Prohm, Takeo and Thommanon. The trees growing over the building give an image of what Angkor Wat must have originally looked when French naturalist rediscovered in 1860.
In the afternoon we visit the world’s largest religious monument, Angkor Wat and we will spend a couple of hours around this building. Angkor Wat is the masterpiece of Khmer’s architecture. After visiting Angkor Wat, we continue to visit the jungle temple Ta Prohm, Takeo and Thommanon. The trees growing over the building give an image of what Angkor Wat must have originally looked when French naturalist rediscovered in 1860. Visit sunset (option) on Bakheng hill.
Have dinner in local restaurant and enjoy with traditional.
Over night in Siem Reap

Day 4: DD/MM/YY–Siem Reap/Kampong Thom (B)
After breakfast depart for Kampong Thom by private vehicle; Check in upon arrival.
Go to visit the pre-Angkorian temple including Prasat Sambor with its distinct large linga standing in the central tower, Prasat Tao known for its lion statues and Prasat Yeay Poeun which is easily recognizable by the giant tree intertwining its eastern gateway.

Day 5: Kampong Thom/Kratie (B)
After breakfast, we drive to northern province, Kratie. It take approximately a half day; Check in upon arrival.

Day 6: Kratie (B)
After breakfast go to Kratie province by private vehicle- then check in.
Visit the great natural resort Prek Kampy where you can spot rare Irrawaddy dolphins or Freshwater Dolphins. Then go to Phnom Sambok to see the natural and historical resort located 11km distance from the provincial town. You would be mesmerized with the tranquil atmosphere around the mountain including birds, trees and Mekong River.

Day 7: Kratie/Kampong Cham (B)
Take private vihecle to Kampong Cham after having breakfast; Check in on arrival.
Go to visit bamboo bridge, Koh Pen which is located nearby the Mekong River. We then go to see the green view of rubber plantation. In the late afternoon, spend some time for downtown trip and exploring the beauty around Kampong Cham from Japanese Friendship Bridge.

Day 8: Kampong Cham/Phnom Penh (B)
After breakfast go to Phnom Penh city by private vehicle; Check in.
By bus to Phnom Penh, check in
Go to visit Royal Palace, Silver Pagoda, Russian Market where you can find a large collection of antiques. Next destination is Toul Slen Museum. In this museum, you can imagine how Cambodian must have tortured through some evidences that have been left for young generation.

Day 9: Phnom Penh/Kampot (B)
After breakfast, we departe from Phnom Penh for Kampot; Check in on arrival.
Go to visit salt field, the world famous black pepper plantation and durian plantation. Downtown trip, enjoying seeing French colonial buildings and more things.

Day 10: Kampot (B)
After breakfast, we go explore the hilltop fort from the Kokor Hill Station that used to be a Christian church and casino. Spending the whole day on Bokor Nation Park is relaxed and fresh. Taking wooden boat for sunset along the river is very romantic. Kampot is realy quiet and peaceful.

Day 11: Kampot/Takeo/Phnom Penh (B)
After breakfast, we driving back from Kampot to Pnom Penh but before arriving at the capital city we stop at Tamao Zoo which it is a part of Kampot’s destinations. Check in on arrival Phnom Penh city.

Day 12: Phnom Penh/Sihanoukville (B)
After breakfast depart for Sihanoukville by private vehicle. Upon arrival in Sihanoukville, check-in hotel before leaving for beautiful beaches - relax with peaceful environment. And spend some time for downtown trip in beach city in the late afternoon.

Day 13: Sihanoukville (B)
After breakfast take wooden boat to visit Bamboo Island for swimming on the white sandy beach and then visit other islands for snorkelling. Go back to the town and spend evening time for beautiful sunset from hilltop of Wat Leu (Upper Pagoda).
Free at your own leisure.

Day 14: Sihanoukville/Kampong Speu (B)
After breakfast we take a private vehicle to go back to Kampong Speu before Phnom Penh.
We will spend a half day for popular destination in Kampong Speu, Kirirom National Park.
For this national park you will enjoy with the emerald pine trees, birds and orchids. After that we continue to the provincial city of Kampong Speu; Check in upon arrival.
Spend your own leisure for rice paddies, palm sugar process and find out the way how to make palm wine.

Day 15: Kampong Speu/Phnom Penh (B)
After breakfast, go to Phnom Penh city; check in after arrival.
Free at your leisure until flight to departure

Day 16: Phnom Penh (B)
Have breakfast at hotel; Free at your leisure until flight to departure
